On arrival to Kathmandu international airport, our company representative will meet and welcome you to Nepal and then you will be transferred to the hotel. Once you finish the check-in procedure, you can rest in hotel room.  After short rest, you will be taken for short tour around Thamel area, which is main tourist hub in Kathmandu to make you familiar with some good restaurants, ATMs, money changer, Supermarket, gear shop and other necessary things you might need for your trip. After a short explore you have a trip briefing meeting at Hotel. Overnight in hotel. 

We have a whole day today to prepare for the gears and climbing equipment for the Paldor Peak Climb. First, you will visit our office with your guide for the orientation session of the climb. We will go through the routes, major places, and points you will be during the journey. After that all you will get some tips from professional peak climbing experts for the climb. Next, your guide will help you with the preparation. He will also take you to gear shop if required to buy additional gears/supplies. With everything taken care of, he will drop you to your hotel. With an early breakfast at your hotel start your journey towards the Langtang region. Your guide will meet you outside the hotel soon. From here you will take a cab to the local bus station. From here, you will travel on a bus to Syabrubesi. In the higher hills near the Himalayas, this drive is eventful and can take around 6-8 hours. You can have some beautiful views from the window of your bus. Stopping in one of the midway settlement, we will take our lunch and continue towards Syabrubesi. After reaching there we will rest for the day. Overnight at a lodge in Syabrubesi

From Syabrubesi the trail is locally traveled to the village of Gatlang. You will share the way with livestock and other people to reach the Chawatar village. We will take our lunch here in the village. Following a brief rest, we will continue to the BahunDanda pass. For the last part today we will drop for a while to reach Gatlang. Gatlang is one of the most significant Tamang Settlements in the area. You also have an opportunity to learn about the local culture and lifestyle while you’re here. Overnight at a teahouse/lodge in Gatlang.

We will start our trek early from Gatlang village today leading us to Somdang. Beginning in a relaxed trail leaving Gatlang, the trail passes through pine and rhododendron forests. We will walk past ParvatiKunda to reach our lunch spot, Yuri Kharka. We will walk down to the Somdang River next. Somdang River also marks the border between Rasuwa and Dhading District here. We will soon find ourselves in a scenic valley. The trail passes by the iconic Chukarma Waterfall from here. We will reach Somdang in the afternoon. Overnight at a lodge in Somdang.

We will have our first rest day today. It is also important for acclimatization being over 3000 meters above sea level. Following over 900 meters of elevation the day before the rest makes sure trekkers don’t overexert themselves. Somdang village is in a wonderful location showcasing a panoramic view of the surrounding peaks of the Ganesh and Jugal ranges. You can also visit the Lari mine areas. This mine is famous for the highly prized beautiful rubies. The Ruby valley trek centers on the Somdang village and the mine. Rest for the day back at the village. Overnight at a lodge in Somdang.

From Somdang village we will leave the settled village region and walk pass the few mines to reach Paldor Base Camp. The terrain starts to change significantly as we get near the base camp. We will also pass by JastaKhani (zinc mine) on the way. Following a rocky glacier trail, we will reach the base camp in the late afternoon. After setting the camp to enjoy a beautiful sunset view. Overnight at a tented camp in Paldor Base Camp.

From the base camp of Paldor, it is a short but demanding climb to reach the high camp. The high camp in itself looks like a summit just below a high hill beside the main Paldor Peak. We will rest for the day after setting up our camp at the High camp. Prepare for the climb to the summit, the next day and sleep early for a proper rest. Overnight at Paldor High Camp.

We will Summit Paldor Peak today. Starting very early from the high camp, the climb passes through steep climb with mesmerizing views of the mountains. The sunrise views are fantastic from the climb and we will soon be near the summit. For the final climb up to the top, we have a steep rise followed by a moderate climb to the top. The views of Ganesh range, LangtangLirung alongside other majestic peaks all around is out of the world. Take some photos and enjoy the moment here. We will start the descent soon and head back to the high camp of Paldor Peak. From the high camp, we will continue further to the Paldor base camp. Rest for the day in the camp after reaching the base camp. Overnight at a tented camp.

We have an extra day separated for bad weather which might postpone the summit of Paldor Peak. The whole procedure to climb the peak will be done this day in case of those scenarios. Otherwise, you will rest and explore the area in Paldor High Camp. Overnight at a tented camp.

From the Base Camp, we will continue on a different route and head towards Pangsang via Pangsang pass. Walking in the high hills the views are pristine in the trail. Although not among the high Himalayan pass, Pangsang pass is definitely among the most scenic ones. We will set up our camp here and rest for the day. Overnight at a tented camp.

Start the day with one of the scenic views of the sunrise from Pangsang. We have a sharp descent losing over 2000 meters in elevation towards the Chalish village today. First, we will have a lunch stop in the Tipling village midway. Tipling is a large village with diverse locals. You can visit the two Buddhist monasteries and also both Catholic and Protestant churches in the village. Continuing the trek, you will walk past terraced farmlands and reach the Chalish village in the afternoon. Rest for the day after reaching Chalish. Overnight at a lodge in Chalish.

Walking / Driving: 5-6 hours walk

Today is your well-required rest day in the Chalish village. After a long descend the day before rest and replenish your energy for continuing the trek. Explore the village and head to some nearby attractions once you are here. The hot springs the village is one such attraction which is about 3-4hours trek from the village. Chalish is also one of the villages in the area in the process of reconstruction after the Earthquake of 2015. Try some local cuisine and share your stories with the people in your stay. Overnight at a lodge/teahouse in Chalish.

Walking / Driving: 3-4 hours

From Chalish village we will start the day after breakfast. Walking in a well-maintained trail we will head towards Jharlang village today. The trail is also used by locals for commercial activities in these areas. We will stop at Borang village midway to the trek. Borang village is also our lunch stop for the way. After a couple more hours of trekking in the forest and beside terraced farmlands we will reach Jharlang. Overnight at a lodge in Jharlang.

Accommodation: Home stay/ Camping.
Walking / Driving: 5-6 hours walk

From Jharlang we will walk the final part of the trek to Darkha. From Darkha we will catch a bus back to Kathmandu Valley. We will stop in the Dhading Besi for snacks and continue all the way to Kathmandu in a hill highway drive. Once here, we will drop you back to your hotel in Thamel. Rest and head out for a souvenir hunt in the Thamel market. For your departure, we will transfer you to the airport before the flight.
