Our tour representative will be waiting for you at the Indira Gandhi International Airport in New Delhi. The assisted transfer will be provided to your hotel in Delhi. The rest of the day is at your leisure. Delhi is the national capital and lures a large number of tourists throughout the year from all over the world. Delhi is sprawling with famous tourist attractions, malls, markets, and restaurants. You can experience the vibrant vibes of Delhi while exploring the local markets.

Return to the hotel in the evening and have a delicious dinner at the resort. Overnight stay at the hotel in Delhi.

 

After having a delectable breakfast, we start our Holi tour package 2023 by visiting the charming city of Old Delhi and the new and modern New Delhi. Today, we will cover the Jama Masjid, one of the largest mosques in Asia. The Jama masjid is so big that it can accommodate 25,000 people at a time. We then move towards the Gandhi memorial, built in loving memory of one of the most influential human beings of all time, Mahatma Gandhi.

After that, we will move towards Humayun’s tomb, a splendid example of Indo – Mughal style architecture. Our last spot of the day will be a Sikh Temple, Gurudwara Bangla Sahib. Feel the spiritual vibes of the Gurudwara and sit near the holy Sarovar (pond) to enjoy the peaceful aura of this place.

On the 3rd day of the Special Holi package, after having breakfast, our caravan will move towards the “Pink City” of Jaipur. You will have an assisted check-in at the hotel. Freshen yourself, and then we will move on to visit a Bandhani workshop. Bandhini is the peculiar style of hand-printed cloth available only in western parts of India. You will be able to learn the procedure of the printing and making of this style. You can also buy clothes from here.

On the 4th day of the Holi trip, after having a delectable breakfast, you will start your sightseeing tour of the day. First, visit the famous Amber Fort of Jaipur, and you can choose to enter through the main gate in a grand way, on the back of an elephant. Raja Man Singh built this magnificent fort in 1600.

After this, you will visit Jantar Mantar, an ancient planet observatory built by Sawai Jai Singh II. Marvel at the architecture of India by visiting Hawa Mahal, built for the royal ladies so that they could view the royal processions and other festivities in Jaipur without revealing their faces.

Attend a Holika Dahan ceremony in the evening, in which a huge pyre of fire is lit and people circumnavigate this great fire. This event is the beginning of the Holi festival and is celebrated with great zeal.

Enjoy your breakfast and brace yourself for the main event, as today you will be enjoying the traditional Holi festival in Jaipur with the Indian family. Today we proceed toward the romantic capital of India, Agra but first, we will visit the historical city of Fatehpur Sikri. This city was once a sprawling town that was established by the mighty Mughal emperor Akbar. After feeling mesmerized by Mughal architecture in Fatehpur Sikri, we move towards Agra where you will check into your hotel. Then, prepare to spend some of the most romantic moments of your life as you visit the Taj Mahal during sunset.

Feel the eternal love story of Shah Jahan and Mumtaz Mahal by seeing “Mohabbat, the Taj Show” (optional, and the charges will be extra at 25 USD per person).

After completing your lip-smacking breakfast, we go on a visit to the Red Fort in Agra, one of the biggest red sandstone specimens that you will find in the entire world. The Mughal rulers used to live here and today it is used by the Indian government to unfurl the national flag during 15th August, the independence day of India.

After visiting the Red Fort, we move on to visit a marble workshop in Agra. Here you will see how intricate the work of carving beautiful sculptures out of marble is. Marvel at the artistic skills of these craftsmen who have honed their skills over generations.

We drive back to the Delhi International Airport after checking out from the hotel, where your return flight is waiting for you.
