Leave Kathmandu early on our Chartered bus to arrive at the River around 10:30 am. After pumping up the rafts the guides will supply your wonderful lunch so you will have all the energy you will need to tackle the rapids. Before we start rafting a detailed and important safety talk is given so everybody knows what they are doing (well sort of!). Then it’s straight in to the first class 4 rapids, Frog in a Blender! You will paddle all you can this day ending at Baharabise. We then head back up rive to our put in to camp and enjoy the evening.

Day 02: Wake up early to breakfast then we will drive ever further up the river to Mile 95 to get even more of the white water action! You will paddle the entire lower Bhote Koshi River this day and end at lunch time. Lunch is eaten before we head back in to Kathmandu do you can fall exhausted in to your beds around early evening.
